Description

This query returns the minimum wavelength step that can be

used when changing the wavelength with the

SOUR:WAVE:LENG command. The return value will be in the

current spectral units (nm or THz).

Syntax

SOUR:WAVE:LIM:STEP?

Response

A value representing the minimum wavelength step available in

the “9999.99” (nm) or “999.999” (THz) format.
