Video Loss

Camera:
Select the camera you wish to adjust, “Title” will change to the title name of the selected camera.
Enable:
Check box to enable Video Loss.
Log:
Check box to record video loss events in the log.
Pre-alarm Record:
Check the box if you’d like to use the pre-alarm recording for motion events. The
recorded pre-alarm time of approx. 2 ~ 10 seconds depends on the settings in the “Normal frame rate” field
(Menu “Camera – Basic Setting).
Buzzer:
Check box to enable buzzer when a video loss event occurs.
Email Notify:
Check box to enable email notification when a video loss event occurs.
Network Alarm:
Check box to send out a network alarm to client PC when video loss occurs. (requires
PowerCon software and setting up Alarm Server in Network Setup menu)
Alarm Output:
Select from the dropdown menu whether or not an alarm signal shall be transmitted through
one of the alarm outputs to another device. Choose either “
NONE
” (disabled) or “
1
”, “
2
”, “
3
”, or “
4
”
(transmission through alarm output 1~4).
Output Type:
Output action when alarm is triggered.
Timeout: Alarm output remains switched for the set duration.
Permanent: Alarm remains switched until user presses the “Enter” key on front panel.
Transparent: Alarm output remains switched as long as there is a motion event.
Trans+Timeout: Alarm output remains switched until event ends and afterwards for the set duration.
Timeout Duration:
Timeout duration, selectable from 1 to 150 seconds.
