Make sure no active alarms or messages are displayed on the screen. If any

such alarms or messages are present, check their meaning in the "Diagnostics

of errors reported by the UPS".

The icon

shown on the display and the activated red LED, accompanied

with an intermittent sound signal, indicate that the UPS unit operates in back-

up (battery) mode.

All devices connected to the UPS are supplied with power

and protected. The time power is supplied to the receivers depends on the

power accumulated in the battery.

SWITCHING THE UPS OFF

To switch the UPS off follow these steps:

Use the control panel to go to any information screen.

Press the

key and keep it depressed for over 1 second to switch the UPS

off. Prior to executing the command, an additional window prompting the user

to confirm the switch off command will be displayed.

The UPS will be switched off once the command is confirmed by pressing the

key.
