To secure the seat back

Holding the restraint straps out of the way, install the seat

on each side of the high chair and raise
or lower the high chair to one of six positions until it clicks
into position.
Pull up on the chair to make sure it is locked into position.
WARNING
To avoid injury,

the baby is in the high chair.
