Security IP- IP Filter Setting
The Security IP function provides access management by IP address filtering. There
are three modes for the IP filter.
1.
Disable:
Disable the IP Filer function. All IP addresses are allowed to access the
device.
2.
Allowed:
Setup the IP addresses that are allowed to access the device. Only the
configured IP addresses have the right to access the device.
3.
Denied:
Setup the IP addresses that are denied to access the device. The listed
IP addresses will not be able to access the device.
Tip:
For example, to prevent the IP address “192.168.1.3” from connecting with the
device:
1. Select “
Denied
” From the “
IP Access Check
” drop list.
2. Fill the IP address “192.168.1.3” in the
IP Address
1
box.
3. Click “Apply” to execute your configuration.
