5.1. PROBLEMS, CAUSES AND REMEDIES
Hereafter are shown some possible issues, and the consequent remedies, for the device in question.
PROBLEMS CAUSES REMEDIES
The machine doesn’t move
No power supply.
Check the correct connection
to the electrical grid.
No contact to the machine
connections.
Check the cables connections:
motors-central unit, central
unit-push button panel, central
unit-router.
Loss of signal in the control
systems.
Check the correct connection
and functioning of the router,
with its control app, and the
connectors for wall-commands
and home automation system
(when present).
Strange noises during the vertical
movement
Possible rupture of parts of
the machine or of the interior
chain. Do not continue the movement.
Risk of damages. Call the
authorised assistance.
