SETTING THE TIME MANUALLY
If DCF reception is not possible, you can also set the time manually.
Nonetheless, the alarm clock will continue to attempt to receive the DCF
time and overwrites the manually set time after successfully receiving the
signal. You can recognise the successful DCF reception when the radio tower
symbol is shown continuously in the display.

Press the „mode“ button for approx. 3 seconds.

Set the fl ashing year, month and date displays as described above using the but-
tons

The weekday display is set automatically.

LANGUAGE OF WEEKDAY DISPLAYS

Press and hold the

The language of the weekdays changes after several seconds.

Release the
button as soon as the desired language appears.

TIME FORMAT

Press the
button briefl y to set the displayed time to either 12h or 24h format.
SECOND TIMEZONE
The radio alarm clock can also display the time of a second timezone. The time must
be set manually.
a) Displaying the second timezone

Press the
button for three seconds until an F symbol appears next to the time.

Press the
button again for 3 seconds to return to the normal time. The
F symbol next to the displayed time will disappear.
b) Time settings

button for three seconds until the F symbol appears next to the
time.

Press the „mode“ button for approx. 3 seconds.

ALARM FUNCTION
2 alarm times can be set. The alarm times are displayed to the right, at the bottom
of the display.

Press the „mode“ button to toggle between both alarms.
a) Setting alarm 1

b) Activating / deactivating the alarm function

c) Stopping the alarm signal & snooze function

The alarm signal sounds for approx. 4 minutes at the set alarm time.

The snooze function (alarm repeat) can be activated with the motion sensor. The
alarm sound is then interrupted for the set snooze time. Then it will sound again.

LIGHT
As soon as the motion sensor is activated, the display light goes on for a few
seconds.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The product does not require any maintenance and should never be disassembled
for any reason.
Please use a soft, dry, clean cloth for cleaning.
Do not use any chemical cleaning agents, as they can discolour the plastic casing.
DISPOSAL
a) Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste materials and must not be disposed
of in the household waste!
Please dispose of the product, when it is no longer of use, according to the
current statutory requirements.
Remove any inserted battery and dispose of it separately from the product.
b) Batteries and Rechargeable Batteries
The end user is legally obliged (Battery Regulation) to return used batteries and
rechargeable batteries. Do not dispose of used batteries in the household waste!
Toxic batteries/rechargeable batteries are marked with symbols on the side,
which refer you to the laws against disposing of them in household rubbish.
The symbols for the relevant heavy metals are: Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury,
Pb=lead (the labelling is visible on the battery/rechargeable battery e.g. un-
der the refuse bin symbol shown on the left).
You can dispose of your used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of
charge at your community‘s collection point or any place where batteries/
rechargeable batteries are sold!
You thereby fulfi l your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the
environment.
