After loosening the ‘Angle lock screw” de machine’s arm can be moved left or right,
adjusting the cutting angle.
3.
Once the correct angle has been chosen, tighten the ‘Angle lock screw’ by turning it
opposite to step 1.
4.4 Clamping the workpiece
When the correct angle is chosen for the workpiece, be sure to tighten the workpiece
properly. The workpiece must be tightened before cutting to avoid possible movement and
pinching of the workpiece as the cut nears completion.
For clamping the workpiece, follow below steps:
1.
Shove the clamp backwards by turning
the clamping lever counter-clockwise
2.
Put the workpiece in between the
clamps. Make sure the workpiece is in a
stable position, refer to image 4-4.
3.
Shove the clamp against the workpiece
by turning the clamping lever clockwise.
CAUTION:
Make sure the workpiece is
tightened properly to avoid the workpiece
from moving / pinching when the cut nears
completion.
