– The power cord and steam hose must not be damaged with sharp or hot objects, open
fire, it must not be sunk into water or bent over sharp edges. Never put it to hot surfaces,
prevent its free hanging over edge of table or work board. Touching, stumbling or pulling
the power cord e.g. by children may cause tipping over or falling of the appliance with
subsequent severe injury!
– In order to ensure safety and proper function of the appliance, use only original spare
parts and accessories approved by the manufacturer.
– If you need to use the extension cord, it has to be uncorrupted and it has to comply with
the valid standards.
– Never use the appliance for any other purpose than for that described in these
instructions for use!
– The producer is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the appliance
(e.g.
burning, scalding, fire, clothes damage, scratching and contamination of the
ironing plate
) and its guarantee for the appliance does not apply to situations when the
safety warnings above have not been complied with.

III. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Remove all the packing material and take out the iron. Remove any labels, protective
foils or covers from the ironing plate before the first use. Remove the power cord

. At first switch the iron ON to maximum temperature and let the iron at least
10
minutes running without water
. The iron may produce slight smoke and harmless odor,
which is cased by burning of used lubricants and seals in steam chamber. This is normal
situation and does not form the reason for warranty claim. During first filling of the tank with
operating water it is recommended to release the steam from whole tank outside the ironed
fabric.
