Cleaning (customer)

Cleaning and maintenance

Inspect the seal for the maintenance cover to ensure it
is in good working order, replace if necessary. Reinstall
the maintenance cover.

Mount cover around the ash duct

Remount the cover on the front around the ash duct.

Check seal on the maintenance cover

Inspect the seal of the maintenance cover to ensure it
is in good working order, replace if necessary.

CAUTION!

Avoid operation with damaged seals

Never operate the boiler with damaged seals.
Otherwise, leak air is sucked in, disturbing the
combustion process and causing increased wear.



Always replace seals as soon as they are
damaged.

Installing the maintenance cover

Reinstall the maintenance cover. Tighten the screws
evenly and cross-wise.

Place the insulation over the maintenance cover again.
