– Stand-by behaviour: If the mobile device falls into stand-by and is

activated again, the app and APC may have to re-establish the Blue-
tooth connection.

– Light grey buttons or input fields: The feature is unavailable because

a requirement is missing. (Example: A group is missing the partici-
pants required for the operating mode).

– Delete product: In the Products section of the <Products> screen,

press and hold the relevant entry and swipe left.

– Delete groups: In the Setup Wizard menu in the <Create Groups>

screen, press and hold the relevant entry and swipe left.

– The way out for a stuck configuration: Reset the APC to factory set-

tings. For details see
