– If the measured brightness level falls permanently below the
brightness setpoint when presence is continuously detected (plus
follow-up time), the light is switched on and light output is con-
tinuously controlled.
– If the measured brightness level is permanently above the bright-
ness setpoint, the light is switched off.

How it works: Lighting is switched with a preset, adjustable light
output.
Relevant parameter: Brightness switching value
Technical implementation: When open-loop light control is deacti-
vated, the light is controlled to a defined light output.
– If the measured brightness level falls permanently below the
brightness switching value when presence is continuously
detected (plus follow-up time), the light is switched on and con-
trolled to the defined light output.
– If the measured brightness level is permanently above the bright-
ness switching value, the light is switched off.
