Remove the cover by pushing the hook away from you while pulling the HFD towards you.
Caution:
Avoid pressing the HFD button when opening and closing the HFD.

Remove the old battery.
5.
Reassemble the HFD, as shown below.
6.
Return the HFD to the hip protector.
Refer to 2.4 Inserting the HFD into the Hip Protector on page 7.
