Stacking Images Using Geometry Correction Assist
Using the projector's built-in camera, you can overlap images from up to six projectors to project one,
bright image. Point Correction is performed automatically.
You can run this feature from the Epson Projector Professional Tool (version 1.31 or later). You can
download the tool from the Epson support website at
(U.S.),
(Canada), or
(Caribbean).
We recommend performing auto adjustment in a darkened room and at least 20 minutes after turning on
the projector or canceling the shutter function. The time necessary for auto adjustment varies depending
on the location and number of projectors and can take up to 10 minutes to perform.
Note:
Auto adjustment is not available for the following lenses: ELPLR05, ELPLL09, or ELPLL10.
Before you start, make sure of the following:
• All the projectors are connected to a network and configured in Epson Projection Professional Tool.
• You are projecting on a matte white diffusion screen that is flat and even.
• The illuminance ratio of the screen when projecting an all-white screen and when projecting an all-
black screen is 8:1 or more
• The projection size for each projector is between 100 to 500 inches (254 to 1270 cm) and is
rectangular after stacking. (when projecting onto a screen surface with an illuminance of 40 lux or
lower with the
Light Source Mode
set to
Normal
)
• The screen gain is 0.9 to 1.1.
