Insert the board, using the edge to keep the
supports pressed down.

Open the printer cover.

Insert the board, checking to be sure that it passes
under the rollers.

Close the printer cover.

Position the trailing and right edges of the board
as shown by the loading indicators.

Center the right edge over the groove to the right
of the paper eject guide and align the trailing edge
with the ends of poster board supports, as shown.

After positioning the media, press the 

Z

button.

The paper will be fed into the printer.

Check the media type.

The display shows the type of paper currently
