When a Message is Displayed
When a warning message is displayed on the screen, follow the on-screen instructions.
If any of the following error messages are displayed, check the instructions and take the necessary action.

Cannot operate because internal temp. is
too high.
The inside of the device is hot. The power may turn off automatically.
Leave it in a room temperature environment with the power off for a while and
wait for the temperature to drop.
If the same message is displayed repeatedly when you turn on the device again,
contact your dealer or Epson support.

If an error code is displayed at the top-left corner of the screen, provide that code
number when you contact Epson.

The device works when a USB cable is connected and power is being supplied.
The battery cannot operate because the
internal temperature is too low.
The battery is cold. Leave it with the power off for a while and wait for the
temperature to rise.
The device works when a USB cable is connected and power is being supplied.
Device cannot operate as hardware error
has occurred.
The internal components may be malfunctioning. If the same message is
displayed repeatedly even after you turn the device off and back on or after you
press the reset button, contact your dealer or Epson support.
