Problems with the Spectrophotometer
The Device Does not Turn on

Press the power button a little longer.

If the device does not turn on when running on battery power, the battery may be too low. Try connecting a USB
cable to power the device, or charge the battery and then turn it on.

The spectrophotometer cannot be used on battery power in environments that are too cold or too hot. Use the
device within the recommended operating temperature range.

Press the reset button to reset the device.
The Device Does not Turn off

Press the power button a little longer.

Press the reset button to reset the device.
The Device Turns off During Use

When no operations are performed for an extended period, the device turns off to save power. Turn the device
back on.

Check the remaining battery power. When the power is running low, connect a USB cable to supply power or
charge the battery.

Use the device within the recommended operating temperature range. The spectrophotometer may turn off in
environments that are too cold or too hot.
Cannot Charge the Battery

The battery cannot be charged using a USB hub. Connect the device directly without using a USB hub.
