Overview

7. When the uploading gets closer to its end, the camera beeps one 

time and let you know that the operation moved from reading to 
writing to Flash Memory.

8. After one or two seconds later, when writing operation is completed, 

beeping sound is emitted again. Then, a message “Update 
Firmware: Complete” is indicated on the screen.

9. Press “OK” button.

C A U T I O N

Be careful not to take the first beep sound (indication 
of the operational change from reading to writing to 
the Flash Memory) as the ending sound of operation.

When the operation is completed, the second beep 
sound is emitted and a message “Complete” is 
indicated on the screen. Make sure that a message 
“Complete” is indicated on the screen before getting 
off the program.
