5.1.6 CCD Defect Detect Adjustment
1. Complete the setting-up for adjustment. (See “Getting Ready for
Adjustment” on page -61)
2. Press “Test” button and select CCD Defective(lowest). Then, select
“Yes”.

3. Program checks CCD and perform adjustment automatically. After
adjustment, the result and “OK” button are indicated.
4. If “OK” button does not appear, perform the adjustment again. Then,
complete the adjustment by pressing “OK button after “OK” button
appears.
5.1.7 Uploading the Firmware
1. Complete the setting-up for adjustment. (See “Getting Ready for
Adjustment” on page -61)
2. Store the Firmware, which is distributed from EPSON.Co. according
to the necessity, to the appropriate hard disk. (Firmware is usually
bin file and compressed)
3. Select “Firmware” on the program.
4. File Open Dialog will open, since the location where the file is stored
is appointed.
