Disassembly and Assembly

DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY

4.2.11 Power Supply Cable Removal

Release the carriage lock. (See Section 4.2.1.)

Remove the document cover. (See Section 4.2.2.)

Remove the upper cover. (See Section 4.2.3.)

Remove the three screws (CBS, M3x5), and the disconnect the lock-type
connector (CN1) from the power supply circuit board. (See Figure 4-34)

Remove the power supply cable cover. (See Figure 4-34)

Disengage the two hooks, and then remove the power supply cable unit.
(See Figure 4-35)

When securing the power supply cable unit, secure the
Cover Cover Inlet with the same screws.

Attach the power supply cable cover to the lower housing
with double-sided tape.
