Using the Printer Software with Windows

Using the Job Management function

You can obtain information on the print jobs on the Job
Information menu on the EPSON Status Monitor 3 dialog box.

Clicking this tab displays the
consumable’s status such as amount
of paper or toner remaining.

Job Information tab:Clicking this tab displays the print job

information. This tab is displayed

dialog box is selected.

Paper:

Displays the paper size, paper type
and the approximate amount of paper
remaining in the paper source.
Information for the optional cassette is
displayed only if this option is
installed.

Toner:

Indicates the amount of remaining
toner. The toner icon flashes if the
toner is low.

9.

Photoconductor
Unit Life:

Indicates the remaining functional life
of the photoconductor unit.
