Scope: UV lamp replacement PAGE: 3/3 Frequency: 2 years
WARNING: DO NOT put your fingers on the lamp glass.
UV source reassembly:
Reassembly is carried out in the reverse order from dismantling

Replace the UV source assembly (3) in its holder (8).

Reconnect the UV source connector (2) to the UV supply board (1).

Plug in the power cable and power on the analyzer.

Adjust UV source assembly position as follows :

Select the « Diagnostic functions (alarm, input/output, mux…)» screen to read the « UV Signal » parameter
value.

Wait approximately 10-15 min for « UV signal » value stabilization.

Adjust the UV source assembly (3) position horizontally and vertically until reaching the maximal « UV
signal » value.

Tighten the two UV source holder screws (5) to fix the assembly.

Replace the analyzer cover and screw then tighten the screw located on the rear panel. Perform analyzer
calibration (zero reference and span cycles).
