4. Convert the existing pilot orifice with the one provided in this kit using a 7/16 inch wrench. Remove the pilot head
and replace the orifice insert.
5. Reassemble pilot head in proper orientation (see Figure 14). Be sure not to overtighten pilot, if head does not reach
the proper orientation in the snug position then contact your Enviro dealer.

6. Convert the gas valve:
a) Remove the black protection cap from the HI/LO knob (see Figure 15).
b)Remove the conversion screw using a 5/32 inch or 4mm Allen key (see Figure 16).
c)Flip the screw around and reinsert with the red o-ring seal facing outward (see Figure 17).
d) If converting to NG ensure the red o-ring is not visible (see Figure 18).
1. Disconnect the gas supply completely as well as any electrical power source before proceeding.
2. Remove surround panel, door cover, glass door, front burner, and rear burner (see M

section of Owner’s Manual ).
3. Convert the existing burner orifices with the ones provided in this kit using a 3/8 inch deep socket.
