2.6 User LED Indicators
The user LED indicators are illuminated under the following conditions:
LED Colour Conditions
All User Port
LED’s
Green Display the logical state of the
respective circuit. ON = SPACE,
positive or logic ‘0’.
All Port
‘Connected’
LED’s
Green ON when the respective user port is
connected to an ISDN ‘B’ channel.
(Access Modules only).
All Port
‘Backup’
LED’s
ON when the respective user port is
backed up to an ISDN ‘B’ channel.
(Backup Modules only).
Talkwire Yellow ON when any Talkwire port on the
SBUQLS/QLB is occupying a time-slot
(and therefore a ‘B’ channel on a ‘B’
channel provider).
Alert Red ON permanently when there are
outstanding ALERTs;
flashing under fault conditions.
Test Yellow ON when the internal BERT tester is
active.
Bit Error Red ON when the internal BERT has
detected one or more bit errors.
