Coffee flows out of the filter holder

The filter holder is not fitted correctly. Turn
filter holder to lock position.
•
The Edge of filter is covered with coffee.
Clean around the edge of filter holder.

Coffee doesn’t come out or pour out slowly
•
There may be lack of water in the water
tank. Fill water tank and make sure it is
properly fitted in the housing.
•
Filter holder holes may be clogged. Make
sure coffee grinding is not too fine and
pressed. Tamp coffee grinds evenly.
Coffee taste is not strong
•
Use fresh coffee.
•
Ground coffee might be too coarse, grind
finer coffee.
•
Use 2 cup filter for double shot of espresso.
Milk is not foamy after frothing
•
There may be lack of water in the water
tank. Fill water tank between
MIN
and
MAX
.
•
Add cold milk in milk tank only.
•
Frothing tube may be blocked. Clean
frothing tube.
Indicators flashes alternatively
Water tank is out of water. Fill water in water
tank.
