Making a cappuccino
Cappuccino is a drink with 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk and 1/3 of frothed milk. Turn froth control
knob to
for more foam, turn to for less foam.
Notes:
•
For best results use fresh, cold milk. Do not boil the milk.
•
Caution!
Steam nozzle is extremely hot during operation and there is a danger of scalding. Use
handle to adjust steam angle.
1. Remove milk tank from housing by sliding out.
2. Remove milk tank cover and fill milk tank with fresh cold milk between
MIN
and
MAX
.
3. Put milk tank cover back and replace milk tank back to housing.
4. Fill water tank with water between
MIN
and
MAX
.
5. Plug the appliance to main power.
6. Switch on by pressing the on/off switch to ‘ I ’ position. All indicators lights up and blink.
7. When indicators stay illuminated, the appliance is heated up and ready to use.
8. Place filter into filter holder.
9. Fill coffee and tamp down coffee by the end of the spoon.
10. Fit filter holder on brewing head by holding handle and turn filter holder from

tighten. (fig.4)

do not over tighten.
11. Place a cup on drip tray. Use handle to move steam nozzle facing the cup.
12. Press
Cappuccino
button once to brew a small cup of cappuccino. Press twice for a big cup of
cappuccino.
13. Indicator lights on, the appliance will start brewing a cup of cappuccino automatically.
14. Switch off and unplug the appliance after use.

Making a Latte
Latte is a drink with 1/4 espresso, 3/4 steamed milk.
1. Follow instruction of step 1 to 11of

. Press
Latte
button once for making
small cup of latte or press twice for making a big cup of latte.
2. Switch off and unplug the appliance after use.
3. Clean the appliance following
CLEANING AND CARE
after use.
Froth milk
1. Place a cup of drink on drip tray grid.
2. Move steam nozzle to the cup.
3. Press and hold
Cappuccino
button for 3 seconds. The appliance starts to froth milk.
4. Press
Cappuccino
button again to stop.
5. Clean the milk tank following
CLEANING AND CARE
, or store milk tank in refrigerator.
Sleep mode
The appliance will enter sleep mode without any operation for around 17 minutes. Press any button
to wake up the appliance.
