Creating a FieldCare project

Creating a FieldCare project allows you to configure the WirelessHART Adapter via the DTM. For
this purpose the WirelessHART Adapter must be connected to the power supply unit and be in the
communication mode.

1. In a FieldCare project, right-click

Host PC

and select

Add Device

in the context menu.

–

The

Add New Device

dialog box is displayed.

–

Select

HART Communication

and click

–

The dialog box closes and the HART communication DTM is added under the host PC.
