FINISHING
1.
After gas and electrical hookup is completed, lower and secure
the burner assembly (leave two prop tools in bottom of firepit
for future use) with the two screws removed in
Figure 25.
2.
Install the (4) filler strips. Place the two short side filler strips
in first, then install the long front and rear filler strips. The long
filler strips will interlock at the ends with the side filler strips.
See Figure 27a.

3. If installing the optional glass wind panel kit, do not install
the filler strips in step 2. Refer to
Figure 27b

4. Reinstall the pivot bolts removed in
Figure 24
and reinstall the
control door.
5. Unscrew the ignitor button and install the AA battery provided in
the instruction envelope prior to closing the control door. (Note
Battery Polarity)

6. Using gloves, replace the two expanded metal screens
removed in Step 7.
7. After all gas connections and electrical hook-ups (if applicable)
have been made, check for proper lighting of the burner, and
LED light operation (if applicable). Refer to the lighting and
operation instructions on pages 21 to 23.
