Deleting the saved paired pushbuttons
1. Remove the rear cover of the pushbutton with a screwdriver through a hole on the side.
2. Double press the “SW1” button on the PCB and the LED will flash 3 times.
The saved paired pushbutton will be deleted.
3. Re-assemble the pushbutton.
4. For deleting multiple saved pushbuttons, repeat steps 1 to 3.
Ringtone selection
You can change the ringtone any time. Changing the ringtone does not affect the pushbutton
and doorchime pairing.
1. Remove the rear cover with a screwdriver through a hole on the side.
2. There are 3 contacts on the pushbutton PCB. To select one of the three ringtones:
- Place a jumper between contacts 1–2
- Place a jumper between contacts 2–3
- Remove a jumper
3. Re-assemble the pushbutton.
Ringtone volume adjustment
Turn the knob to adjust the ringtone volume within the range of 0 to 100 % volume.
Pushbutton low battery indication
If the blue LED on the pushbutton flashes at regular intervals or does not light up, the battery
is low and should be replaced. The pushbutton battery is designed for one year operation.
The period may vary depending on the intensity and conditions of use.
Installation of the doorchime (transmitter) pushbutton
1. Begin with pairing the pushbutton with the doorchime.
2. Before installation, verify the reliable function of the kit at the selected place.
3. Remove the rear cover of the pushbutton with a screwdriver through a hole on the side.
4. Use the double sided adhesive tape (supplied) or two screws to fix the rear portion of the
cover to the wall. Although the pushbutton is weather resistant, use a location where it is
protected, e.g. in a wall recess.
5. Re-assemble the pushbutton.
6. Press the pushbutton to ring the bell. Pressing is accompanied by LED illumination indi-
cating the pushbutton has sent a radio signal. The doorchime plays the selected melody.
Note: Doorchime pushbutton (transmitter) can be located on wood or brick walls. Never place the
pushbutton on metal objects or materials containing metal, e.g. on plastic window or door structures
that contain metal frame. In such cases, the transmitter will not work properly.
Installation of the doorchime (receiver)
1. The doorchime is designed for indoor use only. During operation, it must be located in an
electrical socket 230 V AC/50 Hz, the space around it must be free and it must be always
accessible.
2. Transmission range (max. 100 m), is affected by local conditions, such as the number of
walls through which the signal must pass, metal door frames and other objects which
affect transmission of the radio signal (presence of other radio appliances working on a
similar frequency, e.g. wireless thermometers, gate controls, etc.). Transmission range may
decrease substantially due to these factors.
Problem solving
The doorchime does not ring:
• It may be outside the reach.
- Adjust the distance between the doorchime pushbutton and the doorchime, the range
may be affected by local conditions.
• The doorchime pushbutton may have low battery.
- Replace the battery, make sure it has correct polarity. Carry out new pairing of the
pushbutton with the doorchime.
