The power cord must be approved in accordance with IEC.
60245.
The power cable must be multi-pole with double insulation
mod. H05VVF for applications indoors and mod. H07RNF for
outdoor cable duct applications.
Connect the earthing cable
The manufacturer is not liable for any damagearising from
the lack of an earthing connection or from the
failure to observe what is indicated in the wiring diagrams.
It is forbidden to use gas or water pipes to
earth the device.
Before carrying out any work on the units, make sure
that the general power supply has been disconnected.
The electrical connection must be made in accordance with
the relevant system design and the instructions in this
manual.
It must be carried out by qualified personnel and in com-
pliance with the regulations in force in the place of installa-
tion of the unit.
Failing this, the company declines any responsibility regar-
ding the proper functioning of the system built.
The connection must be preceded by an accurate com-
patibility check between the power supply line and the
characteristics of the unit to be connected. Be sure to use a
dedicated power supply for the unit ITM-200 B.
The rated voltage of this product is
230 V - 50 Hz.
The power supply line must be sectionable from the
rest of the building's electrical network by means of an
all-pole magnetothermic switch with a contact separation
of at least 3 mm in each pole, suitable for the absorption of
the device, with differential relay with maximum calibration
equal to that prescribed by the single electrical regulations
(intervention threshold 30 mA maximum for residential
premises).
The power supply line must be adequately sized in order
to avoid voltage drops or overheating of cables or other
devices placed on the line itself
For sizing data, refer to the table
below.
Dimensioning of power supply line
The maximum absorption of the ITM-200 B module is 6 A (considering the following connected electrical loads: 1.2 kW electrical resi-
stance, 3-way motorised valve, circulator P2 ).
Note: Values to be considered for the correct dimensioning of the system and for the demand for contractual power (excluding
loads due to the normal operation of the building).
It is recommended to adopt automatic thermal and magnetic devices with ade-
quate intervention curves (to avoid rapid interventions) and selective differential switches.
Connection to electrical panel
The electrical panel is located in the front of the machine.
Use the hole indicated in the figure for the passage of electrical
connections and power cables.
For connections, refer to the wiring diagram to the terminal
board on the following page. Once the electrical connections
have been completed, reassemble the cover of the electrical
panel, the upper front panel and the upper panel (cover).
For the connection to the primary generator in heat pump
(HP) use BUS-SCS cable for the distribution of electrical
signals and data transmission consisting of two flexible
conductors intertwined with each other of 0.50 mm ² sec-
tion and protected by an external sheath.
The cable must be laid in dedicated pipes, separate
from power cables and away from sources of disturbance.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused
by lack of earthing or non-compliance with
what is shown in the wiring diagrams.
The use of gas and water pipes to earth the
appliance is forbidden.
