Domestic hot water loading (DHW)
Open the DHW inlet valve H and load the water, open the
valve

(DHW output) Open a DHW utility (e.g. hot water tap of
the sink in the bathroom ) and close it once all the air has been
discharged and the correct flow of water to the utility has been
verified.

Loading water into the primary circuit
Once the DHW circuit is loaded, open the valve

to charge
the water in the primary circuit making sure that the pres-
sure on the pressure gauge

does not exceed 2 bar, in this
case close the valve

.
Open the valve D (heat pump discharge), then, when the pre-
charge pressure reaches 1.5 bar (verifiable on the pressure
gauge

), the valve
C
(heat pump return).
Open valve E (discharge to radiant system), then, when the pre-
charge pressure reaches 1.5 bar (verifiable on pressure gauge
6
), open valve F (return from the radiant system).
To vent the air from the piping of the appliance, act on the
vent valves already present inside unit

loosening the black
manual vent cap. Caps should not be removed.
Once the water has been loaded and the air has been
drained in the circuit, close the filling valve

and the
black cap of the vent valve

.
Check on the pressure gauge of the primary circuit

that
the pre-charge pressure of the water is 1.5 bar with the pump
off.
To ensure the correct venting of the air present in the primary
circuit, the grey cap of the vent valve
M
must remain loose
for the first week of operation of the system.
