send the changes you have made to the transmitter, click

Apply

. To discard changes on an

individual tab, click

Cancel

After you click

Before you click

, make sure your process is in a state that can tolerate the new transmitter

configuration. The new value(s) will be sent to the transmitter, and will take effect immediately.

if this is not acceptable. After you click
