7.5. Readout of Current Supply Errors
When ever a battery malfunctions, this is displayed in plain text. Even
an overload of the batteries or dual current supply is displayed. An
overload exists, if the maximum allowable continuous current is
exceeded for at least 10 seconds.
If a battery is discharged down to about 60-
70%, it is due to recharge which is indicated
by a corresponding menu.
In case of both batteries to be charged, this
too is displayed.
In case of a loose contact or a voltage less
than 5.0 volts, an error is indicated. This
error leads to blinking of the corresponding
red LED.
It is displayed if the DPSI system is
overloaded. An overload exists, if the
maximum allowable current according to the
data sheet is exceeded for about 10
seconds.
