9.4 Declarations of conformity
9.4.1 European Union (CE)
The declarations of conformity for the CE standard of the European Union are
available for download on the LANCOM web site (www.lancom.de).
9.4.2 Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
AirLancer MC-11 and AirLancer USB-11
The radio adapters AirLancer MC-11 and AirLancer USB-11 have
been tested and meet the requirements for digital class B devices in accor-
dance with section 15C of the guidelines as provided by the Federal Commu-
nications Commission (FCC). The FCC ID is: IMR WLPCE24H.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against radio
frequency interference in a residential installation. This equipment
generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. It may interfere with
radio communications if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause interference to radio or television
reception (this can be determined by turning this equipment off and on), the
user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the
following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the distance between this equipment and the receiver.
Connect the equipment to an outlet on a circuit other than that to which
the receiver is connected.
Consult your dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician.
The Federal Communications Commission warns the user that changes or
modifications to the unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
