1. During delay on timer period, if user turns off the light, the ventilation fan will not be on. If the light
stays on, the ventilation fan will be turned on at preset delay-on time. After user turns off the light,
the ventilation fan will be turned off at preset delay-off time.
2. The delay on and delay off timer functions are only set for the ventilation fan. The potentiometer
can only roughly adjust the delay time.
There are three easy steps:
Step one:
Use a screwdriver to remove the front plate of the mechanical switch, wiring according to
the diagram and the labeled ports of the switch.
Step two:
Adjusting the potentiometer and dip-switch to set delay off or delay on time as desired.
Step three:
Install the Timer Module BRT-V492 in the flush box using screws and reinstall the front
plate.
