The portable gas stove ref. 27.15.2 is a product
designed for cooking food in ventilated areas. It is
a domestic cooking device designed for operating
exclusively with butane cartridges in accordance
with regulation EN417.
It has an infrared flame burner (ref. 27.15.2)
equipped with a safety device that interrupts the
gas supply.
• Do not use the device without the drip tray/
tray support.
• The device must be used on a horizontal sur-
face (fig. A3).
• After use, all food residue must be cleaned,
especially fat.
• When the device is operating, it must be
placed at least 20cm away from the wall and
100cm from the ceiling (see fig. A4).
• Before replacing the cartridge, check that it is
truly empty.
• If a gas leak is detected in the device, imme-
diately take it outside to a well ventilated area.
• Check that the flame is lit.
• Never use a flame to detect potential gas
leaks. Use soapy water.
• Never modify or try to repair the device your-
self.
• In case of breakdown, contact the technical
service or a reputable retailer.
• Once use is completed, close the inlet valve.
• The flame must not exceed the bottom of the
pot or pan. When possible, cover the recipient.
This will save a lot of energy.
