Always store the GelPads in the provided resealable pouch to prevent drying out.
Store GelPads in a cool, dry place until next use.
The GelPads are for single person use only.
When the GelPad loses adhesiveness, dries out, or becomes less effective replace it with a new GelPad.
Do not fold GelPad.
