B-9 Test Full Lifting and Full Lowering Time
(no-load)
Appropriate lifting or lowering speed is of great
importance to the safe operation of the machine. The
control and response shall be able to respond to the
operations of the operator rapidly and stably.
Select a barrier-free testing area with firm and level
surface.
1.
Release the emergency stop button, and turn the
key switch to the lower platform control.
2.
Move the platform up/down switch to the up
position until the platform rises to its maximum
height.
Result:
GTJZ0407SE: The platform ascending duration shall
be around
30s to 33s.
3.
Move the platform up/down switch to the down
position until the platform drops to its minimum
height.
Result:
GTJZ0407SE: The platform descending duration shall
be around
25s to 30s.
B-10 Inspect Hydraulic Oil
Inspecting and replacing the hydraulic oil is of great
importance to the normal operation of the machine
and the extension of service life. The machine may be
unable to operate normally if the hydraulic oil
becomes dirty, and the hydraulic parts may be
damaged if such oil is used further. It is necessary to
often replace the hydraulic oil when the service
environment is very dirty.
Before
replacing
the
hydraulic oil, it is
necessary to inspect the hydraulic oil to confirm
whether it needs to be replaced.

B-11 Inspect Ventilation System of Hydraulic Oil
Tank
Good ventilation of hydraulic oil tank cap is of great
importance to the normal operation of hydraulic pump
and the extension of service life. The hydraulic pump
would operate abnormally if the air filter of hydraulic
oil tank is dirty or blocked, and the components may
be damaged if such filter is used further. It may be
necessary to inspect the air filter of hydraulic oil tank
frequently if the service environment is very dirty.
Carry out the program
under the circumstance of
the power unit stop.
1.
Remove the oil filter of hydraulic oil tank.
2.
Inspect the vent hole.
Result: The air shall pass through the air filter
smoothly.
It is necessary to clean the air filter as per the
following steps if the air could not pass through the air
filter smoothly.
3.
Clean the air filter with neutral solvent, and then
blow dry with air gun. Repeat step II.
4.
Install the air filter on the oil tank cover plate.
