Odd / Even
Use this control to smooth out any circles and/or diagonals appearing jagged due
to missing or misaligned lines from some interlaced video signals. Choose the
option which produces the smoothest effect.
Use the three remaining VistaPro 2000 function menus to display or alter overall
system parameters.
Use the checkboxes and pull-down lists in this menu to alter how the projector
responds to commands and displays parameters. Refer to "Using Slidebars and
Other Controls" subsection (above) if you need help. Changes made to the
Preferences menu will be saved when you exit the menu (press
.)

Front IR Keypad / Rear IR Keypad
An IR remote keypad is either a Protocal "A" keypad (the original setting at
manufacture) or a Protocol "B" keypad. Either protocol may or may not be
recognized by the two sensors on the projector (front and rear), depending on
what option you choose here. If the two sensors are both on, they will recognize
the same protocol (Vista A, Vista B, or both) — changing an option for one
sensor automatically changes the other to match. If you want only one sensor to
respond to a particular protocol (Vista A, Vista B, or both), disable the other
sensor by setting its protocol to OFF.
NOTE: Keypads are set at manufacture to "Protocol A". See 2.10, Keypad
Protocols for information about setting keypad protocols.
