This command can be used to open the menu on the K4 LCD and set it to the specified
menu entry.

SET format:

MOiiii; where iiii is the menu ID # to display on screen.

NOTE:

MO0255; will close the menu if displayed.

SET/RESP format (normal):

#oom; where:

aa = averaging constant (6 to 24)
dd = debounce constant (6 to 24)
+oo = user desired offset (+/- 24)
m = mode (1 for on, 0 for off)

SET format (special):

0 = Reset auto-ref settings (avg, trg, ofs) to defaults
1 = Manually apply current auto-ref level (one-shot)

Examples:
