2.6 - How to ask for assistance
To decrease the response time of the assistance support from ELCOS, we ask you to proceed as follows and to give us the required data that
will allow an easy troubleshooting:
• Try to identify the cause of the fault by referring to the above table;
• Contact the service department by email at service@elcos.net and provide the following information:
1) Serial number of the ELCOS genset;
2) Details of the purchase document (Invoice or dispatch note);
3) Battery Voltage: 12 or 24VDC;
4) Mains voltage: 230 or 400Vac;
5) Power of the genset (KVA)
6) Frequency: 50 or 60Hz
7) Description of the anomaly as detailed as possible about the possible cause, wrong operations or improper use;
