The mentioned values of the regeneration times are valid for compressor activity regime
at closed outlet valve, which means without pressure air take-off by the appliance. In case
of air take-off the mentioned times are prolonged.
In case the compressor does not finish the automatic dryer regeneration activity within
120 min., it is necessary to contact a supplier and request an opinion to operation.
For information the table shows the times of compressor regeneration cycles with dryer M1a on condition
that air is not abstracted from compressor by appliance.

In case of deviation from described activity please verify:
•
Connection of the solenoid valve – compare arrow orientation on the valve body, which also marks
correct air flow direction when regenerating
•
Possible leakage via compressor untightness – close the outlet valve on the compressor, turn on
the compressor and leave it in operation until it turns off at cut-off pressure. Turn off the circuit
breaker and watch pressure on manometer, which means the pressure in air jet. The pressure
decrease can not be bigger than 0.2 bar in 2 hours.

The use of the correct jet – a jet is mounted between solenoid valve and opening (see Table). The
dimension of an opening is marked on the jet body – number 7 equals 0.7 mm, number 5 equals
0.5 mm. When assembling it is important to keep jet orientation – aim the surface with a screwed
cone at the valve.
7. PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

Before making any interventions into the equipment, it is necessary to reduce the air
pressure in the air chamber to zero and to disconnect the equipment from the electric
network.
7.1. Replacement of filter insert
The equipment is
designed and made
with the intention to
minimize the need of
its maintenance. In
the regular operation,
the replacement
interval is once
a year - unscrew the
filter stopper in the
upper part of the
chamber, change the
filter insert for a new
one, screw on the
stopper onto the
previous place and
tighten by hand.
