This fire is an Inset Live Fuel Effect Gas Fire providing radiant warmth. It is designed to operate on Natural
Gas only.
It is the LAW that all gas appliances and fittings are installed by a competen

person and in accordance with
the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, the relevant British Standards for Installation, Codes
of Practice and in accordance with the Manufacturers’ Instructions. The installation shall also be carried out
in accordance with the following regulations:
The Building Regulations issued by the Department of the Environment, the Building Standards (Scotland)
(Consolidation) Regulations issued by the Scottish Development Department.

Failure to comply with these regulations could lead to prosecution and deem the warranty invalid.
This appliance must be installed in accordance with the rules in force and used only in a sufficiently
ventilated space.

This appliance is free from any asbestos material. Refractories and coal bed are constructed from
ceramic fibre.
