3.1 Safety regulations
The non-compliance of safety regulations may cause
serious damages and may also have fatal consequences.
EDN recommends that the installation operations
are carried out only by qualified and experienced
professionals who shall also be required to issue the
related installation compliance certification (see
Regulations Table).
CAUTION. Danger of burns:
Both before and during the installation,
make sure that the exchanger’s glass
surface is covered with fire-resistant
and non-transparent material to
avoid overheating. Remove the
covering before activating the
system. Exposure of the exchanger
and assembly materials to solar
radiations may cause serious burns
during handling operations.
Please, read carefully this section before installing the
exchanger. Follow the instructions thoroughly and
make sure that the minimum safety levels for operators
are complied with.
