SIZING CRITERIA
RADIASOL HEATS WATER USING ITS FULL LOAD THERMAL MASS
((NOT A STORAGE TANK LIKE TRADITIONAL SYSTEMS)
It is compliant to European standard EN 12976 (factory-made systems).
In order to properly size the system and calculate solar cover You should consider the annual average
daily production of hot water at 45 °C made by RADIASOL models in a sunny day, expressed in MJ or KW
(see table).
THE THERMAL POWER OF RADIASOL IS USED FOR VARIOUS TYPES OF APPLICATIONS:
Production of hot water for houses, hotels, hospitals, motorway service stations, sports centres,
industry.
