Troubleshooting
Symptom Cause
Solution
The computer does not show
anything when the treadmill is
switched on.
1. The connector has not been
inserted correctly.
2. The fuse has blown.
1. Check the connections.
2. Replace the fuse.
The belt stops suddenly. The
computer is functioning.
1. The treadmill’s overload cut-out
has been triggered.
2. The carbon brushes are worn.
1. Restart the treadmill by pressing
the START/STOP button.
2. Switch off the treadmill at the
plug, wait 1 minute and switch it on
again.
3. Replace or clean the carbon
brushes.
The belt makes a noise when running
or is not running at all. The
computer is functioning.
1. The voltage is too low
2. The carbon brushes are worn.

The belt runs round but stops when
you step on it.
The belt is too loose.
Tighten the belt.
The computer is not functioning or
does not react to the buttons being

minute and switch it on again.
The computer is not functioning
correctly. The belt speed may be

Dust on the speed sensor.

a cleaner environment and hereby declares that
our products comply with both the WEEE
Directive (2002/96/EC) and the RoHS Directive
(2002/95/EC).
As a consumer, you can also play a part in
protecting the environment by following the
applicable environmental regulations and taking
old electrical and electronic equipment to your
local recycling center. If the equipment contains
batteries, you must remember to remove these
before you dispose of the equipment.
