INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Use
Insert the safety key (22) into the computer and
place the cord around your wrist or use the clip to
secure it to your clothes. This ensures that the
treadmill stops automatically if you are moved
back off the treadmill.
Press the START/STOP button. The belt starts to
run at low speed.
Press the FAST button to increase the speed. The
speed can be adjusted from around 1 to around 16
kph.
Press the SLOW button to reduce the speed.
Reduce the speed and press the START/STOP
button to stop the treadmill.
Running programmes
The treadmill is equipped with three fixed
programmes for running. The programmes each
last 12 minutes and switch between different
speeds to vary the running speeds.

Press the SELECT button a few times. The Calorie
display shows „P1“ to „P4“. When the required
programme is shown on the display, press the
START/STOP button to start the programme. The
computer shows when the programme is finished
and the belt stops automatically. Press the RESET
button to restart the programme.
Programming time, distance or
calorie consumption
You can also set how long or far you want to run
or how many calories you will burn during
exercise.
Press the SET button a few times. Once the
numbers flash in the display next to the unit you
want to set, press the FAST and SLOW buttons to
set the required value, e.g. a number of minutes.
You can only set one of the units. Press the START/
STOP button to start exercising. Once the time has
passed, or when the set distance or calorie
consumption has been reached, the belt stops
automatically.
Press the RESET button to delete the settings.
