- Switch off the power supply on the electrical panel
- Check if the water supply is correctly connected to the water heater
and that the water heater is full of water
- If not, fill the water heater tank
- Check the safety thermostat at the base and reset if necessary
- Switch on the power supply on the electrical panel
- Reset the heating without water error message by pressing “+” and
“-” simultaneously

long heating
period
- Switch off the power supply on the electrical panel
- Check if the safety device has been correctly reset.

I obtain cold
water in
SMART mode
- A sudden, significant increase in hot water consumption can result in
a situation where you occasionally obtain cold water.
- Switch from SMART to manual mode and select the desired
temperature level.
- Return to SMART mode later
- If the symptom occurs on a regular basis, increase the comfort level
in SMART mode or switch to manual mode from time to time.

cable between the thermostat and the display is connected correctly.

- Check if the child lock is activated
- Deactivate the child lock by pressing the “Mode” and “-” buttons
simultaneously for more than 3 seconds
- The box symbol should disappear from the display
