When using electrical devices, it is important to follow
these basic safety rules to reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock and injuries:
· Before using the device, ensure that the supply
voltage for your device corresponds to your
electrical installation.
· Do not plug the fan into the electrical network until it is
fully assembled.
· The fan must be set on a horizontal and stable
surface when it is switched on, to prevent it from being
knocked over.
· The fan must not be set in a humid place, or in a
place where humidity is likely to be high (such as in
a bathroom).
· Do not set the fan on or near a window. Rain could
create an electrical danger.
· The device should not be exposed to splashes or
water drops.
· This device has been designed specifically for
domestic use.
· This device is for indoor use. Do not use outdoors.
· Do not use this device with an extension lead.
· Do not use this device near fire.
· Do not switch on the device if the blades are cracked
or damaged.
· To keep risks of fire and electrocution to a minimum,
do not use the fan together with a speed control device,
frequency converter or electric programmer.
· Do not touch the fan with wet hands.
· Do not spray insecticides or liquids inside the fan grille.
· For safety reasons, never leave the device unattended
while it is in operation.
· Never insert your fingers, pens or any other objects into
the grille while the fan is in operation.
· Ensure that the device is switched off and unplugged
from the mains when it is not in use, as well as before
moving it, setting it somewhere else or cleaning it.
· Ensure that the fan is unplugged from the mains
before removing the protective grille.
· To disconnect the device from the mains, do not pull
on the connection cable; always pull it out by the plug.
· This apparatus can be used by children aged 8 and
older, as well as persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capacities, or who lack experience and
knowledge, as long as they are supervised or have
received appropriate instruction on how to use the
apparatus safely, and if they understand the dangers
inherent to it. Children must not play with the
apparatus. Cleaning and maintenance normally carried
out by the user must not be performed by children
without supervision.
· Do not use the fan if the supply cable or plug
are damaged.
· If the supply cable becomes damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, an authorised technical
service or similarly-qualified personnel. Do not try to
repair it yourself. That way, you will prevent
unnecessary risks.
1. Unpack the box and ensure that
all of the parts listed are included.
2. Loosen the 4 screws located
around the centre of the base. Fit
the tube over the base, lining up
the holes and tightening the
screws so that the base fits in
correctly (Fig. 1).
3. Loosen the height adjustment
ring located on the upper part of
the tube (Fig. 2).
4. To attach the cover to the
base, move it through the outer
tube (Fig. 3).
5. Refit the height adjustment ring
into its original position (Fig. 4).
6. Adjust the height of the inner
tube, sliding it upwards or
downwards through the outer
tube. Once the desired height is
reached, tighten the height
adjustment ring (Fig. 5).
7. To fit the head of the fan onto
the inner tube, loosen the
adjustment screw located in the
lower part of the head.
8. Fit the head of the fan into the
inner tube, line up the hole with the
slot of the inner tube and tighten
the adjustment screw (Fig. 6).
