INTEGRATED CLOSING SEQUENCE
REGULATOR
ETS 64‑R SRI
1.1
General remarks
The present Option instructions are only applicable in conjunction with the:
Mounting and operating instructions 0548-990/62
Before carrying out the first work step, these documents must be entirely read and under
-
stood.
Warning:
Electrocution hazard! Before working on any live elements, pull out the mains
plug respectively switch off the main installation switch!
1.2 Mounting
1. Preparation
• Mount the swing door drive mechanisms and the rod assemblies and put them into
operation according to the assembly and operating instructions.
• For Master drive mechanism:
Set parameter AcSeq to 40° (current delay angle for closing sequence control).
Master drive mechanism = earlier door leaf
Slave drive mechanism = delayed door leaf.
• Mount intermediate profile (P) and (if provided) driver flap (N) according to the
corresponding instructions.
• Put the installation out of operation.
2. Mount the free‑wheel hub (H)
For Master drive mechanism:
Slide the free-wheel hub (H) onto the motor shaft (up to the stop piece) and tighten it
by means of 2 stud bolts (I)
tightening torque 1,9 Nm.
3. Mount the integrated closing sequence regulator (A)
For Master drive mechanism:
Screw the closing sequence regulator (A) onto the motor by means of 2 cylinder
screws (C)
the thread is grooved when the cylinder screw is screwed for the first
time (use cutting grease
e.g. Wisura Akawax 3625-011).
Attention:
Do not pinch the motor cable!
4. Mount the free‑wheel (J)
For Master drive mechanism:
•
Slightly pull the brake rocker (S) apart and push the free wheel (J) in the correct
position onto the free-wheeling hub (H).
Plastic ring (black) visible
sense of rotation clockwise
sliding rods with pulling
function SLI-PL.
Metal ring visible
sense of rotation counter-clockwise
normal rods with
pushing function STD-PH, sliding rods with pushing function SLI-PH.
• Block the free-wheel hub (H) using a 2 mm Allen key (through the closing se-
quence regulator), tighten the washer (K) and the cheese head screw (L).
